We really appreciate that coming to Greece for our wedding is a big ask, so please don't worry about gifts, your presence means the world to us
Athens International Airport (ATH) is your main entry point, with frequent international flights from across the globe.
Alternative: Mykonos is the closest island, with a ferry crossing to Syros of about 1 hour 20 minutes with Blue Star Ferries, or around 40 minutes with the fastest options.
From Piraeus: ferries take about 4 hours with Blue Star Ferries, or 2.5 to 3 hours with the fastest options.
From Rafina/Lavrio: also an option, and cheaper if you're bringing a car, though it's less frequent and takes longer.

Right by the venue is Emily Hotel, which we can book in advance for a number of guests. Please note on your RSVP if you're interested, and we'll try to get a better price for a group.
The island isn't large, so you could stay almost anywhere, but the closest areas are Bari, Azolimnos, and Ermoupoli.
Taxis are available to get around, and you can also rent a car or scooter from local businesses, please ask us for recommendations if needed.
We'll provide options to travel from the town hall to the wedding venue on the day.
